The Bridges was among the first GL Homes communities to bring the resort-amenity, no-mandatory-membership model to the west Delray Beach and Boca Raton border — the same formula GL later carried into Seven Bridges, Lotus, and Boca Bridges.
Built beginning around 2015, it set the tone for the Lyons Road corridor between Clint Moore Road and Atlantic Avenue.
Homes are single-family estates with a mix of one- and two-story floor plans, generally ranging from roughly 2,400 to over 6,600 square feet under air, with three to six bedrooms

Because the community is established, buyers benefit from mature landscaping, a settled HOA, and a resident base that has been in place for close to a decade — a different feel than the newer-construction energy of Boca Bridges just up the road.
