Toscana, also called Toscana Towers, is a gated community of three luxury towers on South Ocean Boulevard (A1A) in Highland Beach, the small coastal town between Boca Raton and Delray Beach. The towers sit on the west side of A1A along the Intracoastal, and residents walk across the road to Toscana’s private oceanfront beach club. Built between 2000 and 2004, it’s one of Highland Beach’s newer full-service communities.

Views depend on the tower and floor: the ocean to the east, the Intracoastal to the west, and the coastline or Boca Raton skyline north and south. Several original owners combined units, creating some of the largest condos in Highland Beach.
