Overview

Valencia Cove is the eighth community in Valencia series of upscale 55 plus communities, first opened in 2013 and built out through 2017 on Lyons Road in West Boynton Beach. 

The 822 single-family homes are all one-story with open, first-floor living designed specifically for upscale active adults, and are offered across three collections — 

Signature (1,550–2,408 sq ft), Vintage (2,301–2,732 sq ft), and Crown (2,787–3,273 sq ft) — 

with 17 distinct floor plans among them.

Standard features across the community include gourmet kitchens with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, (the first in the series to offer) hurricane-impact windows, volume ceilings, and covered, screened patios, with many homes offering lake or garden views.
